Ash has been in sales since the age of 20 and it was when purchasing his first investment property that he was approached to consider real estate as a career and he hasn’t looked back. Combined with his honest and relatable personality Ash has developed a strong reputation for delivering better-than-expected outcomes to his vendors.
Ash has been in the industry for 4 years now starting in a large-scale projects-based team learning some very intricate skills of land acquisition, development designing & feasibility, diverse marketing strategies and selling of projects. Alongside this Ash has also sold residential property in East and South Auckland where he has grown his personal name in the industry.
Every property sale presents a new challenge and Ash thrives on achieving results for sellers and buyers and the thrill of negotiating and getting deals across the line.
His degree in engineering obtained in USA further underscores his skills, helping him offer his developer clients additional expertise on their projects. Ash favours an honest and straightforward approach. He develops a unique marketing strategy for each property and his ability to adapt to changing markets and conditions helps him to achieve the best result. He prioritises strong communication and is personally involved at every stage of his clients’ property transactions.
Ash has played football for over 20 years and went to USA on a football scholarship at the Northwest Kansas Technical College. Needless to say the sport still plays a strong part in his life. In his spare time, he also enjoys golf and generally socialising with family and friends. Specialising in South and East Auckland.
